DO YOU EAT CLOSE TO YOUR BED TIME?...THEN YOU SHOULD READ THIS!!!

Research has shown that there is a connection between big bellies (pot bellies) and your dinner time.

It is believed that eating an hour or two before bedtime disrupts your body’s food digestion process, this is because when we lie down, we slow down our body’s ability to quickly breakdown food eaten.

So, it is advisable to eat about three to four hours before jumping into bed.
I know that for some people this might be difficult to achieve due to the time they get home from work and some other activities that must be attended to before meal time.

Well, there is a simple solution to that….fill your tummy in the afternoon or evening so that by the time you get home you’ll only need to snack. And by snacking I mean eating a piece of fruit, a serving of vegetable salad with no cream and a glass of water.

If you already have a pot belly/beer belly/protruding stomach and would like to get rid of it; EXERCISE is important.
