Did you know that eating your food too fast could
increase the size of your stomach?

Well, according to nutritionists; when you eat too
fast, you swallow gas-producing air. The effect of this is that the trapped air
makes you feel bloated and slows down your food digestion process.
This is how it happens:
When you eat in a rush, you don’t chew your food
properly and this causes large pieces of undigested foods to sit in your gut
queuing for their turn in the digestion process.

Another down side of eating too fast is that you
are unable to accurately measure your food intake…so as the old saying goes
“easy does it.”
