FOODS THAT WILL HELP YOU MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY SIZE (PT.3)



They are wonderful sources of  healthy  fats; but please  do

not over indulge in them.  Nuts contain fat-burning proteins, 
fiber, minerals and vitamins. They also help to give a feeling of fullness in the stomach.

Examples of common nuts are  peanuts, groundnuts, cashew nuts and almond nuts.

Caution: avoid salted or spiced nuts because too much sodium raises blood pressure.
