VEGETABLES

Fresh vegetables are excellent sources of antioxidants and fiber, especially leafy greens.

When you consume vegetables, you fill your stomach without increasing your calorie intake.  


Eat a variety of raw vegetables (carrot, cucumber, cabbage, lettuce e.t.c) and you would be supplying your body with vital nutrients including protein, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, Vitamins A, B, C, E… actually the list is endless.

This will certainly help you maintain a flatter waistline.
