LEAN PROTEIN

This is very important for anyone determined to maintain a healthy body.



The truth is our bodies burn more calories digesting protein than carbohydrates or fats.
One of the most common types of lean protein is meat. However, you should avoid processed meats and red meat but focus on white meat like chicken and turkey. 
Fish is also a good source of natural lean protein especially Salmon fish.




 Tuna and salmon are full of omega-3s, which help prevent stress chemicals that promote fat abs.
