This is very important for anyone determined to maintain a healthy body.
The truth is our bodies burn more
calories digesting protein than carbohydrates or fats.

meat. However, you should avoid processed meats and red meat but focus on white
meat like chicken and turkey.
Fish is also a good source of natural lean
protein especially Salmon fish.
